HelpCaster Expands Advisory Board

HelpCaster Technologies, is pleased to announce the expansion of its advisory board to include three industry heavyweights - Robert S. Morine (IBM), Ken Nickerson (MSN, Rogers Communications) and Frank Clegg (Navantis, Microsoft).

These three gentlemen bring a wealth of experience and influence in our industry, and as the market for customer interaction technologies evolves will be instrumental in helping to shape HelpCaster's growth in the forseeable future.

The HelpCaster managment team is eager to work together with them to move our company forward to the next level.

Robert (Bob) Morine - Bob has had a long an illustratious career with IBM in various marketing and operational roles.  He is currently VP and General Manager for the Public Sector practice of IBM Canada.  Mr. Morine is also the past chairman of the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) and involved with number other technology associations and initiatives.

Ken Nickerson - Ken is currently acting as the head of his company iBinary Corporation after his tenure as CEO of OpenCola.  Ken has previously held the positions of VP, Technology Development and Rogers Communications, and General Manager of MSN (Microsoft).

Frank Clegg - Frank is Corporate Chairman and Director of Navantis Inc.  He sits on the board of Indigo Books and Music Inc. and is heavily involved in numerous charitable foundations throughout Canada, including CNIB.  Mr. Clegg has played a leadership role in the country's technology sector and in the broader Canadian community for many years.  He was the President of Microsoft Canada from 1991 to 1996.  In 1996 Mr. Clegg was appointed Vice President Central US and Canada Region and was re-appointed President of Microsoft Canada in 2000, where he remained until January 2005.
