LiveReach xSP Voice enables service providers to quickly offer to clients, resellers and partners ready to deploy web-based voice interaction services targeted at improving web customer experience.

LiveReach xSP Voice utlizes LiveReach VocaServer which consists of a voice server(s) and one or more MCUs (multipoint control units).   LiveReach Voice is a Java application, and comes standard with a series of out of the box clients (both thin and fat).

Thin Clients:

Phone to Phone — the user clicks, they fill in their phone number and their phone is connected to the clients phone. 

PC to Phone — the user clicks and they speak to your client right through their computer. You can offer one or offer both. 

Browser Based Web Dialer — users access a skinnable browser based phone keypad and can initiate outbound calls directly from browser.  There is no need to install an application.

Fat Client:

HelpCaster also offers a separately licensed, installable SoftPhone fat client compatible with H.323, SIP and CISCO's SCCP.  It is a fully feature softphone and can be easily skinned for branding purposes.  Examples of this can be found here:
