Mohammad Al Zaibak, Chief Executive Officer
Mohammad recognized the potential of HelpCaster at a very early stage and took a leadership role to introduce the financing and resources necessary for the company to grow beyond start-up. He is fully experienced in nurturing technology assets to sustained value creation; as President and CEO of Real/Data Ontario Inc. (now Teramira Holdings Inc.) Mohammad architected, with the Province of Ontario, the migration of land registry data to the unprecedented online utility Teranet. At a cost of $400 million, this was the largest undertaking of its type in the world. Mohammad is a graduate of the Harvard Business School. He is a Director of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.

Nabil Harfoush, CIO & Vice President, Corporate Development
With deep experience in strategic technology management, Nabil has shaped an energetic, young company with mature, exacting technical disciplines. Nabil has held senior executive positions in the information industries, including CIO & Senior Vice President, Medcom Soft Inc, and President & CEO, BNK Informatics Canada Inc. Nabil is experienced in negotiating and advising on international projects of complexity and scale on behalf of both government and private interests, including World Bank and IDRC. He holds a PhD in Digital Data Communications from the Technische Universität Dresden.

John Hanna, Vice President Marketing
John was there at the beginning, planning HelpCaster on a paper napkin in a coffee shop. His mission for the company is to continue to spur creative vision and impetus, while grounding it in solid business rigour. John's multidisciplinary background provides the requisite experience. He was a founding partner in the corporate branding and communications firm, now Spencer Francey Peters Inc. He practised as management consultant specializing in property asset management and business rescue with International Partnership Ltd, London and as founding partner of SW Gaunt & Company, UK.

Asif R. Khan, Senior Vice President Sales & Business Development
Asif brings an assertive sales focus to the organization, having held senior positions at the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Transport Canada, Statistics Canada, The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company and the Ontario Arts Council. He recently headed sales for BorderWare Technologies – leaders in firewalls and e-mail security in the Central US. Asif was also a founder partner in both Profitcentric Inc., and whodunet, Inc. provider of supply chain management products and services. As Director of Worldwide Marketing and Sales Support for MERANT, Asif was responsible for the strategic alliances and PR in 43 countries.

Florian Meyer, Chief Financial Officer
A Chartered Accountant with both MBA and BA, Economics, Florian has experience in Big Five accountancy practice, banking and as financial executive in industry, including RJR Nabisco and Tescor. Through his own financial management consultancy, FBDC, Florian has specialized in financial management for rapid-growth, mid-sized, owner-managed companies. He has implemented financial and capital strategies for a number of early stage technology companies to enable methodical transition to mature and stable businesses. These include ThinkNet Inc. and TomaNet Inc.
