Montbleu Resort Casino and Spa, owned and operated by Columbia Sussex Corporation is now using HelpCaster's Click to Talk technology. The resort which was formerly Caesars Tahoe, is using the technology in connection with the re-branding of this prestigous property. The company will deploy the feature in both its website and email marketing programs to enhance the customer service experience.
